For the farm in the Kirovograd region, a single-girder support bridge KMO-3,2-11,022-7,0-A5 was manufactured and installed. This crane is necessary for repair and maintenance of agricultural machinery.
When discussing the terms of reference with the customer, the main requirements for the crane were determined, namely the minimum crane construction height, hook approaches, crane base, additional safety devices. These requirements were met due to the modern equipment of the crane:
- lifting capacity - 3,2 tons;
- electric wire rope hoist with reduced construction height MT308 (Podem, Bulgaria);
- end girders type G (Podem, Bulgaria);
- a span bridge - a box-type beam - (KZPTO, Ukraine);
- electrical equipment - (Schneider Electric, France);
- current lead along the beam on a rigid profile (KZPTO, Ukraine);
- cable current lead to the crane (KZPTO, Ukraine).
Electric overhead traveling crane КМО-3,2-11,022-7,0-А5 produced by «Kyiv Crane Machinery Plant LLC», was tested and started to perform its duties.
