Design
«Kyiv Crane Machinery Plant LLC» is working on the design of aerial and ground-based crane tracks when a new materials handling equipment as well as retrofitting existing production site.
Implemented by leaving in place of installation work, technical analysis of the documents, the building project. In developing the strength calculation is carried out for the selection of the optimum volume and the type of metal structures and materials.
Depending on the type and conditions of operation of materials handling equipment, «Kyiv Crane Machinery Plant LLC» is developing projects:
- ground crane tracks gantry cranes;
- aerial crane runways of overhead cranes and suspension-type reference;
- crane trestle bridge type;
- repair and reinforcement of existing crane tracks.
The structure of crane runways of the project include:
- drawings (plans, sections, units and details of elements and structures of the crane way, drawing on the product);
- User device and operation;
- Strength calculation of the route and its elements, taking into account the vertical, horizontal deflection and potential dynamic torsion;
- calculation of buffer stops;
- Grounding the project;
- the maximum permissible deviations, both in the device and the operation of the path according to the requirements NPAOP 0.00-1.01-07.
