The order of the largest manufacturer of special automotive equipment for the supply of a bridge overhead crane has been completed

At the request of a permanent customer – the largest Ukrainian manufacturer of special automotive equipment at the Kyiv Crane Machinery Plant LLC, a bridge overhead crane KMO-1.0-4.9-6.0-A5 was manufactured in a short time.

After receiving a request, our specialists visited the site of the future operation of the necessary crane equipment, where they clarified some details and finally agreed on the terms of reference with the Customer’s representatives. As a result of the meeting, a project was developed according to which the required crane beam was manufactured at Kyiv Crane Machinery Plant LLC.

The availability of all the necessary components in the warehouse of our plant, including non-standard hoisting mechanisms, along with flexibility and excellent organization of the production process, made it possible to complete the order on time – within 10 days from the receipt of the order.

The main technical characteristics of the crane:

  • carrying capacity – 1.0 t;
  • lifting height – 6.0 m;
  • crane span – 4.9 m;
  • lifting and lowering speed – 4 m/min;
  • speed of movement of the cart – 20 m/min;
  • crane movement speed – 40/10 m/min;
  • group operating mode according to ISO or GOST- A5 (medium).

The main equipment of the supplied crane equipment:

  • wire rope type MT, end beams, movement and lifting motor reducers – manufactured by Podem (Bulgaria??);
  • electrical equipment – manufactured by Schneider Electric (France??);
  • span bridge – box beam of welded construction – manufactured by Kyiv Crane Machinery Plant LLC (Ukraine??);
  • current supply to the crane – a flexible cable with trolleys on a cable;
  • pendant control panel;
  • limit switch of raising and lowering;
  • limit switch of movement of the crane;
  • trailer switch of movement of a waist;
  • thermal protection of the lift engine.

Currently, the manufactured crane-beam is successfully operated in a new assembly area for automotive vehicles.
