Made 2 bridge cranes for the plant for the production of elevator equipment

In November this year, one of the Ukrainian factories specializing in the production of elevator equipment ordered 2 bridge cranes at our enterprise, which are necessary to increase their production capacities. In particular, cranes were needed to service the new line, where various elevator equipment was assembled.

The ordered crane equipment was designed, manufactured and installed as soon as possible.

Technical characteristics of the manufactured cranes:

• carrying capacity – 10.0 t;
• lifting height – 7.0 m;
• crane span – 13.5 m;
• lifting and lowering speed – 4.0 m / min;
• speed of movement of the cart – 20 m / min;
• crane movement speed – 40.0 / 10.0 m / min;
• group operating mode according to ISO or GOST – 2m (medium);
• degree of protection of electrical equipment – IP55.

Complete set of delivered crane equipment:

• wire rope type MT, gear motors for moving and lifting, end beams – manufactured by Podem (Bulgaria);
• span bridge – a welded beam of a box-shaped structure with a width of the riding shelf 295 mm;
• current supply to the crane – closed trolleys;
• radio control system;
• pendant control panel;
• load limiter;
• limit switch of raising and lowering;
• limit switch of movement of the crane;
• trailer switch of movement of a waist;
• thermal protection of the lift engine;
• phase control relay;
• main contactor in the circuit;
• light and sound alarm for crane operation – CN 380V.

The installation of overhead bridge cranes was carried out in the conditions of the existing production. After their installation, commissioning was carried out, then – static and dynamic tests of cranes. At the final stage, the representatives of the Customer were given a full package of technical documentation. Both cranes are currently operating successfully in the new workshop.
