Manufactured and assembled 2 bridge cranes for a plant for the production of plastic products

Recently, another modern plant was opened in Ukraine. The main activity of the new enterprise is the piece and serial production of plastic products. It is here that 2 new bridge cranes of the «Kyiv Crane Machinery Plant LLC» will be actively involved in the technological process. The main task of the cranes installed at the production sites is to feed the matrix blanks (molds) to the machines, as well as the overall heavy machine components and components for replacing the installed ones that have worn out and failed.

The specialists of the «Kyiv Crane Machinery Plant LLC» carried out a thorough analysis of the purpose of the ordered cranes, the building structure, the features of the technological process and the operating mode, after which the design and technical documentation was developed, including a dimensional drawing with all the necessary technical specifications. After coordination and approval of the project of cranes by the Customer, they were made in the shortest possible time.

The main technical parameters of the manufactured bridge cranes of the type KMO-2,0-16,395-7.0-A3:

• lifting capacity - 2.0 tons;
• crane span - 16.395 m;
• lifting height - 7.0 m.

To ensure the most accurate positioning of the load, smooth movement without visible jerks and impacts, frequency inverters manufactured by Schneider Electric (France) with brake resistors were used, and the speed is:

• load lifting - 0 ... 0.4 ... 4.0 m/min;
• hoist movements - 0 ... 10.0 ... 20.0 m/min;
• crane movements - 0 ... 10.0 ... 40.0 m/min.

For the complete set of each of the cranes were used: electric hoist type 2.0 MT, end beams of type GO, as well as a drive group of type MA/TP (all produced by the Bulgarian company Podem). The span bridge, of its own production, is a welded box-type beam. Electric cable and busbar supply systems - cable type Festoon, electric cable and busbar supply systems to the crane - trolley closed type Mobilis (France).

The crane is controlled by means of a pendant panel with the additional possibility of radio control. To ensure additional safety during operation, a key-mark is provided for each crane, trailer-mounted hoist-lower limit switches, as well as hoist and crane movement are installed.

Both cranes passed the test assembly and testing at the «Kyiv Crane Machinery Plant LLC». Shipment of crane equipment was already assembled, which significantly accelerated the installation process at the place of operation. After performing assembly and assembly work and commissioning, all the necessary static and dynamic tests were carried out, which confirmed the reliability and high quality of the installed crane lifting equipment.
