Types of bridge cranes

Depending on the design features, we produce the following types of bridge cranes: single-beam and double-beam, suspension and supporting, with electric or manual drive, hook, clamshell and special. For the transport of explosive goods and work in potentially explosive areas, it is possible to order an explosion-proof version.

The main technical characteristics of a bridge double-girder crane

The lifting capacity of the crane can reach up to 100.0 tons. The distance between the crane rails (span) is up to 40.0 m. The lifting height of the cargo is up to 50.0 m, the speed of the bridge is 20.0-120.0 m / min, the speed of the freight trolley is 10.0-60.0 m / min, the speed of lifting the load is 1.5-30.0 m / min.

Depending on the wishes of the customer, the control of the double-girder overhead crane can be carried out both from the cabin and from the floor (via a suspended console or via a radio control system). Operation of the crane is possible at temperatures from -40 ° C to + 70 ° C in operating modes:

• А1-А3 (1Ам by FEM) - easy;
  A5 (2m by FEM) - medium;
  A6-A7 (3m by FEM) - heavy;
  A8 (4m by FEM) - very heavy.
