Overhead crane was manufactured for a large enterprise producing refractory products.

The team of «Kyiv Crane Machinery Plant LLC» in a short time developed a project and manufactured a bridge supporting single-girder crane of model KMO-3.2-13.4-5.0-А5. At this time, the crane machine has successfully passed the test assembly and is ready for shipment.

The customer of the bridge-type crane, with a loading capacity of 3.2 tons, is a large Ukrainian enterprise, which is one of the leading suppliers of refractory products in the world. This crane equipment will be used at one of the factory sites for loading shotcrete powders into mixers during the main production.

Some of the main technical characteristics of the new bridge support crane are:

• lifting height - 5.0 m;
• span of the crane - 13.4 m;
• lifting-lowering speed - up to 4 m / min;
• trolley traveling speed - up to 20 m / min;
• crane traveling speed - up to 40/10 m / min;
• mode group Works on ISO or GOST - A5 (medium).

Crane grade:

• trailer beams, motor-reducers of movement and lifting, as well as cable hoist type MT - manufactured by Podem (Bulgaria);
• electrical equipment - from Schneider Electric (France);
• flying bridge (box beam of welded construction) - of its own production.

In order to further ensure safety, the crane is also equipped with lift-lower limit switches, crane movements and hoists. In addition, there is a thermal protection engine lift. The current lead to the crane is a flexible cable with carts on the cable. Control of the crane installation is carried out using the pendant control panel.
