Suspended bridge crane for timber company

Designed and manufactured suspended bridge crane, as well as the installation is made by «Kyiv Crane Machinery Plant LLC» for the maintenance of existing machines and units woodworking enterprise.

A feature of the outboard crane was its low construction height - only 80cm, this has been achieved through the use of a crane set consists of electric chain hoists and end beams reduced the height of the crane movement, Podem production plant in Bulgaria. An important design decision was to use on a bridge crane counterweight. This allowed the customer to make the necessary for crane equipment with a working flight Console 2.0 meters. In addition, this solution is possible to balance the crane operation when moving the goods were at the edge of the console, as well as to solve the problem posed by the customer - to serve the maximum number of the equipment in the workshop and cover the entire area of ​​the equipment.

Suspended bridge crane was made with the following technical parameters:

• crane control - cable remote control panel with an independent movement of the hoist;
• current supply to the hoist - type Festoon (cable trolleys with hard galvanized profiles);
• electric hoist chain, made in Podem plant, Bulgaria reduced building height;
• suspended end of the beam, made in Podem, Bulgaria reduced building height;
• mode group - the A5 (middle).

Installation of crane carried out under the existing production and was completed in the shortest possible time. Crane tested and put into operation.
