At the Kyiv Crane Machinery Plant LLC, 4 light portable gantry cranes were manufactured for the enterprise, which is one of the world leaders in the production of equipment for ventilation and air conditioning systems. At the request of the Customer, these cranes were manufactured and delivered to the place of operation at a certain interval.
The main advantage of manufactured crane lifting equipment is ease of operation and lack of binding to an existing building. For the possibility of simple and high-quality work, it is enough to have only a flat floor. Thanks to reliable crane wheels with polyurethane coating and precise engineering, new cranes can easily transport any cargo weighing up to 1 ton.
The main purpose of the new gantry cranes is lifting and lowering and moving the dies to the machines for the manufacture of ventilation blanks.
To solve this problem, the specialists of our plant proposed a solution to manufacture gantry cranes of the type GCl-1.0-3.0-3.0-A1 with the following main characteristics:
- load capacity - 1.0 tons;
- span - 3.0 m;
- lifting height - 3.0 m;
- lifting speed - 4.0 / 1.3 m / min;
- hoist movement speed - 14.0 m / min.
The basic equipment of each of the cranes:
- lifting mechanism - hoist electric chain production of the Bulgarian company Podem;
- current lead to hoist - cable type Festoon;
- trailer switches of raising lowering of a waist;
- trailer switches of movement of a waist and crane;
- manual drive for crane movement;
- pendant control panel;
- key brand.
The used construction of manufactured gantry cranes has indisputable advantages as compared with standard designs of other manufacturers of similar products. To ensure accurate positioning of the matrices supplied to the machines, a two-speed lifting motor was applied.
The specialists of the Kyiv Crane Machinery Plant LLC made the cranes successfully assembled in full compliance with the agreed schedule. After installation, the necessary test tests for static and dynamic loads were carried out, as a result of which the high quality and full compliance of the new crane equipment with the declared characteristics were confirmed. Currently, all 4 new light gantry cranes are successfully operated, thanks to which the Customer was able to significantly increase the production of ventilation blanks.
