Overhead cranes for the new plant manufacturer of building materials

«Kyiv Crane Machinery Plant LLC» manufactured and delivered single-girder bridge cranes g/n 5,0t 10,0t and for new plant for the production of building materials factory. Cranes with frequency drives on all the mechanisms of lifting and moving.

At the initial stage, a joint work on development of the full technical specifications for the crane, taking into account the complexity of the process detailed technical parameters of the crane have been agreed, dimensions and selected the appropriate accessories. One of the main problems were the small dimensions and the need for precise positioning of transported cargo.

Power taps carried out on the shop floor trolley current lead gated Mobilis production of France. Power hoist along the length of the bridge - cable-type current-carts Festoon. Through the use of frequency inverters it has been possible to precise load positioning.Installation and commissioning of the cranes were manufactured in the shortest possible time. After installation of static and dynamic testing of cranes in operation were carried out.
