Single-girder bridge crane to the largest manufacturer of concrete blocks

Largest producer in Ukraine has been made of concrete blocks suspended single-girder bridge crane lifting capacity 5,0t reduced headroom to work with the magnetic station.

According to the conditions of the manufacturing plant and the customer's specifications, were challenged to design, produce and install crane 5,0t with a construction height of the lower zone of the crane hook to the path cut in the highest position of not more than 1225 mm.

For this purpose were used:
- the end of the beam-type GV-5.0-7.0 with reduced construction height Hkb = 75mm;
- span bridge crane, Hmosta = 450mm;
- hoist with reduced construction height = 700mm production Htali Podem AD Bulgaria;

Power hoist along the bridge and the crane along the shop provides a rigid current supply cable in the profile.
The crane is used for unloading the metal fractions from trucks and loading it into the hopper. To do this, the crane was additionally installed production factory magnet "DIMET". Power is provided via the magnet current supply cable on a separate cable drum.
Due to the heavy workload of the enterprise Customer, installation and commissioning of the equipment was completed in the shortest possible time.
